Description
This is my 205 CTi that I have owned for five years. Prior to my ownership the car had significant mechanical work done as well as some body and paint restoration and a few small modifications such as a slightly lower ride height and wheels from the 1. 9-litre version.
When I bought it, it was in excellent condition and I have simply maintained it to keep it that way. The car has been garaged and I have had it serviced, the belts (inc cambelt, tensioners and water pump) replaced and dealt with little issues as and when they have arisen. To be honest I do not use it a lot but it has been very reliable and a joy to own and drive.
I would describe the car as excellent mechanically and very good cosmetically. The hood is watertight although is starting to show its age in places. The previous owner replaced the sump and it does not have the hole drilled for the oil temperature sensor so that gauge is not working (it has a separate coolant temperature gauge).
I do not use the car a lot, and now that I have a young baby and will be losing the use of the garage, I have decided to find the car a new home.
