Stunning 900i with only 67, 825 km and full history from new. Complete with the original booklets, maintenance invoices, MOT forms and the delivery invoice. Thanks to the original sales invoice and the Saab brochure with personal notes from the 1st owner, we can see that this elderly Dutch gentleman made a sensible choice. He ordered the 900 sedan in Rosequartz metallic with Bokhara velour upholstery and a lovely steel sunroof. The Philips radio was rebuilt from his previous Saab and a motor-antenna was mounted. Fortunately, power steering and bronze tinted glass had become standard including the very special stainless steel hubcaps.
This Saab is maniacally neatly maintained and cared for. There are maintenance invoices present from new and maintenance has been carried out every year (sometimes even every six months!) during his possession. The car is in a quasi new condition and probably the most original Saab that can be found on the internet. The interior is also completely original, the sunroof works perfectly and everything feels and smells fresh and authentic. The upholstery is almost like new and the red velours seats gives you the right 80s feeling. The dashboard is not dried out and the Philips radio with motor-antenna also works as it should. An incredible time capsule! After a number of years, his daughter took over the Saab and therefore the 900 remained in the same family for a longtime. In recent years, an enthusiast has taken good care of the car and it was an indoorsleeper, as can be seen from the paint and the lack of rust... Indeed, we are getting to an infamous point, but thanks to the anti-rust treatment from new and the mentioned care in all these years, I have not been able to detect any rust.
PS: It drives like a modern car, and thanks to the fantastic seats, the powersteering and a lot of comfort and safety you can use it easily as a youngtimer. A safe idea for parents with small children: the back seat has 3 seats with 3 seatbelts.
