2008 Jaguar XK 4. 2 coupe - excellent condition.
This low-mileage XK comes with excellent service history, having had 8 services across its low 60'100 miles life with the most recent carried out by a Jaguar main dealer at 57'978 miles in November 2021. The services have been carried out at 7'808, 19'806, 25'125, 35'698, 50315, 52'534 and 57'978 miles. The Jaguar currently has mot through till late May 2023, with no advisories on the test certificate.
I searched for this particular colour combination for several months before finding the exact one I wanted. I did not want a dark car with boring black leather interior or a plain silver car with a boring interior, so I was extremely happy when I found this midnight black with ivory leather and satin American walnut veneer trim.
The satin American walnut makes the car feel far more contemporary inside, than the darker wood options which were available from new, whilst still retaining the classic feel of a Jag.
I have kept the XK completely standard with the exception of the wheel centre caps which I have replaced with genuine red jaguar centre caps, which have the newer logo.
I am the 3rd keeper of this XK and I have, along with both former keepers, cared for the car in a manner to which it deserves. The prior keeper kept it garaged for the majority of his ownership, and I have kept the car in the garage over winter with minimal use since (covered less than 2'000 miles since the November service).
All 4 tyres were replaced in 2020 at a mileage of 52'000 with Pirelli Scorpion Zero’s all round on the 20" Senta alloy wheels; These wheels were also refurbished at the time of tyre-fitting.
In late June 2022 I took the car to New Image, based in Norwich for a full machine polish and exterior valet which has resulted in a superb lustre to the midnight black paintwork and really just looks fantastic.
I have regularly used auto-glym leather cleaner and conditioner on the leather upholstery to keep it looking fresh and clean.
At the moment it is being driven infrequently, so I have a C-TEK battery conditioner fitted with the quick connector so all that is required is a plug in when the jag is not driven for a period. I am happy to include the C-TEK in the sale of the XK for the convenience of the next owner.
The XK has a beautiful range of features which make it a very useable daily modern classic: Front parking sensors with touch screen visual aid, bluetooth telephony, cruise control, dual zone climate control, heated seats and auto lights/ wipers.

As mentioned, the xk is not being driven frequently at the moment. The mileage will slightly increase as i will still use it at the weekends.
The more eagle-eyed amongst you may spot that the xk is missing the passenger door lock cover. I have no idea how this has come adrift. A new one is ordered and on the way.
