Hi, we are Classic Mini specialists Paul Higgs Cars based in New Milton in Hampshire. We specialise in all things Classic Mini and always have a large selection available at sensible prices. We have many years of experience with these amazing cars and we try and match the customer with there perfect Classic Mini. All of our Classic Minis are carefully selected and prepared with a service and MOT and thoroughly checked prior to you starting your Classic Mini adventure.
We are very pleased to offer very striking and custom styled Austin Mini Mayfair. We have taken this Mini in part exchange and its offered as an on the road project ready to be used and improved. It is a genuine factory black example with lots of period touches. It had ben dry stored for many years and put back on the road this year with many new parts and is now ready to be driven and enjoyed. It has ten inch slot mag wheels, smoothed arches and bonnet vents and it certainly gets lots of attention. This Mini offers someone the opportunity to get into Classic Mini motoring on a budget in a solid example.
On the road it drives very well. The 998 engine is smooth and the gearbox also performs well. It has a stage one kit with a straight through exhaust so it has a subtle but great sound. It has wider profile tyres and being on ten inch wheels the pure Mini driving experience is on offer.
The interior has also been customised with black bucket seats with matching rear seats and door cards and a full length Burr dash.
This Mini has a solid shell with very good floor pans and rear subframe. The paintwork has blemishes and some cracking around the wheel arches but its ready to be used as it is and on the whole well presented.
It has long MOT until next April and it drives very well indeed. It is offered as a part exchange project but I am sure it will make it new owner very happy. It is also 40 years old so can now be registered for Historic status and become MOT and Tax exempt.
