WC 56 for Sale
It is a 1942 Command Car with number 4219-6002 therefore Early model, the restoration was completed in 2019
What was done:
Engine : it has less than 200 km, total repair: new pistons, new segments, new bearings, redone valves/ seats, flattened cylinder head, bearing connecting rod new new bearing, new seals etc...
Clutch: new disc and new bearing ball.
Fuel system:Zenith carburettor-and petrol pump renovated, new tubing from the tank to the carb, renovated tank, new filter.
Cooling system: new thermostat, water ramp changed, all hoses are new
Braking system:all the brake hoses and tubes are new, the brake cylinders and the master cylinder are new (it is new and not redone, it is made in France). The oil is of the silicone type.
Electricity:all headlights, bulbs and wiring are new, I added a fuse box for more security. Overhauled starter and I installed an alternator. The turn signals are in the position lights so no visible turn signals.
Tyres: 5 new tires with new inner tubes, I kept the spare wheel with an original Goodyear tire, so there is still a new tire not mounted
Seats: refurbished
Body: sandblasted/ epoxy/ olive drab. And ORIGINAL floor

As you can read this is not a dodge that just received a fresh paint job, it is a 'nut and bolt' restoration.
