1969 Mercedes Benz 300 SEL 3. 5 litre V8 W109
This car was recently purchased from a private collection of vehicles in Ontario Canada and shipped to the UK. Full registration is complete and the car is now on age-related UK number plates.
The bodywork is in superb condition for a vehicle of this age with no rust and the paintwork polishes up very well.
The underside and chassis are also in great condition having been undersealed in the past, possibly from new.
The car starts and ticks over well, but is being described as a light restoration project as the engine/ gearbox, etc will require servicing and checking over due to the car being sat in an indoor collection for around ten years.
This car has a factory rear air suspension which pumps up quickly and holds its air well.
These W109 Mercedes cars are becoming very rare therefore this particular vehicle offers a superb investment opportunity as it's an extremely solid base for a light restoration.
