He has hardly used it and can confirm that the mileage is genuine, as supported by the general condition of the car. An old MOT on file shows it has covered just 664 miles since 1999The vinyl roof and seats were starting to show their age, so earlier this year, Cliff Griffiths (the man off the telly) did a superb job fitting a new Tobaco vinyl roof supplied by East Kent Trim supplies, added a fresh heading and replaced the facings on the seats with Ford Beta cloth - all supplied by Aldridge Trimming. The bodywork was stripped and resprayed a while ago, but sufficiently long enough to have mellowed nicely and it has had a more recent new coil and genuine new Weber 38DGAS carburettor from Eurocarb. Last MOTd in 2014, it is rare to find in its condition and spec, this must be one of the only manuals surviving example around
