1966 El Camino, black plate California car with what appears to be the original 327 and powerglide. Power brakes and power steering.
Owned since import in 2015, much work carried out replacing lower screen channel (the only real rust on car) and a full dash-out refurb of everything on the inside of the firewall, inc steering column, heater controls, wiring repairs and trim parts. Although speedometer has developed a fault this week so currently disconnected.
New aluminium radiator, new front brake shoes, many other new parts.
Runs and drives really well, body needs painting to match upper cab (2k paint is included).
Best considered an ongoing project since mechanically very original so there are some minor oil weeps from the engine and box, power steering pump etc. Brake master also weeping slightly, (new one included) but none of the above are significant in volume.
Very reluctant sale to fund parts for '67 Camaro rebuild.
Can be viewed and driven near Preston, Lancs
