Ford Escort Cosworth type 909 motorsport shell. This is one of the rare 937 special body shells produced with full roll cage etc for racing use. Front wings, bonnet and tailgate are fiberglass, keeping the weight down. Offered without road ID but can be provided.
This car has an rb25 Nissan Skykine engine and 5 speed gearbox, a torsen supra diff, TVR front brakes, floor mount pedal box, boot mounted aluminum fuel cell and pumps, coil overs, large front mount intercooler etc, a superbly built fun machine with the bonus of being one of the most sought after escorts, the type 909.
