Offered for sale is an Invicta Type A with a 6-cylinder 4 ½ litre Meadows engine. This pre-war vehicle was delivered in 1931 with a 2-seater coupé body and remained on the Channel Islands until 1965, where it was used for sand racing. In 1965, the Invicta was brought back to the United Kingdom and sold to Germany in the 1980s. Since then, this extraordinary sports tourer has always been in Germany. The current owner acquired the Invicta in 2013, adding to his impressive collection of pre-war vehicles. In 2023, the Invicta was reactivated after standing unused for 10 years. The vehicle is in authentic condition. It is ideal for long-distance rallies such as the Flying Scotsman or the Gran Premio Nuvolari in Italy. But this Invicta is also a real highlight at any other event.
