A very rare Historic registered 1966 D reg. Ford Corsair 2. 0 GT V4 Finished in immaculate gleaming red with contrasting black upholstery. This car was subject to an earlier quality restoration around 10 years ago and is still stunning to date. The paint is beautiful with excellent panel fit and the car still retains all spot welds on rear arches , panels, sill edges etc. The underside is body coloured with a light coating of waxoil and all suspension is detailed and re bushed. The engine bay is lovely with gleaming inner wings and an extremely clean engine which apparently was rebuilt at the time of restoration which runs beautifully with excellent oil pressure. The gearbox and rear axle are smooth and noise free , the brakes are rebuilt calipers and all pipes are copper. Inside the boot area again is lovely and all door and panel edges are excellent. The chrome bumpers are like new and all the chrome trims again are excellent. The upholstery is excellent and the tailored carpets look new along with excellent headlining and dashboard. This is only a very brief outline of the car and viewing is essential to fully appreciate the cars condition. there are quite a lot of spare parts with the car including side trims, calipers, gaskets, rubbers and much more.
