A comprehensively improved car it originally went to Andrews Garage of Derby in October 1963. A few owners later it was purchased by Ron Waltham (Young Ron -Alvis Author). Maintained and improved then sold to an enthusiast looking to create the ultimate Alvis tourer. Improvements included a ZF Auto box with J-gate, Cooper-craft Brakes, new wheels and hubs, new springs, Halogen and LED lighting, twin fans, High torque starter motor, and electric fuel pump to list just some. The car was re-painted in 2020 and the current owner has had a new cylinder head, re-surfaced manifold, electric water pump and overhauled carburettors. Ready for the High Road.
