Description
This rare '63 Spit, MK I version, has been fully restored "frame off", including of course the mechanicals, engine, gearbox, suspension, brakes and steering, and electrics. Only the paintwork needs to be redone, as it was badly prepared and the blue is not the original colour. The upholstery and soft top are in good condition (the soft top is new), but they don't quite match the colour, and should be redone... The black carpets are new. The engine works perfectly, the car is lively and responsive, and all the power of its 63 bhp is there! The brakes and steering respond perfectly, and everything works as it should.
