Lancia Fulvia Coupe Series 1, RHD
We have been consigned to sell this rare Lancia Fulvia Coupe.
A restoration project with good foundation.
Believed to be manufactured in 1968 and exported to South Africa
Car purchased from Richard Thorne (Lancia specialist). It was originally intended to be a personal car for Richard, who started the restoration. Richard has been unable to trace the paperwork, The owner believes that the correct import duties have been paid, but the vehicle does not currently have a UK registration.
This is the sought after Series 1 model, built before the acquisition of Lancia by Fiat and the subsequent cost cutting and reduction in quality. Level front headlights (unlike UK Series 2 and 3 cars), alloy bonnet, boot lid and door skins all glass is present along with all body panels.
Basic metalwork restoration was professionally carried out under Richard Thorne's ownership. This requires finishing. The complete running car was stripped prior to the body restoration. It is believed that all exterior and interior trim items are present.
