** SOLD** DEPOSIT TAKEN*** LOTUS EUROPA SERIES 2 1970 VERY LOW MILES LOW OWNERSHIP IMMACULATE ORIGINAL CAR
This car belongs to my engine technician who is reluctantly selling his beloved Lotus Europa due to ill health, owning the vehicle for the last 20 years. We have recently serviced and checked over the Lotus for sale and even though the car is tax and MOT free we have carried out a fresh MOT. Because of the low ownership and mileage the body work, chassis and interior are in extremely good condition and the panel gap is superb. Retaining its original engine and gearbox and with a period tuned manifold and Weber 45, hence the whole condition of the car is extremely good.
The previous owner was an employee of John Player, hence the white bottom half of the Europa evoking the classic Team Lotus colours of Gold Leaf. He had the bottom half painted white and had the GLTL roundels and stickers. These were removed by owner but could be reinstated if wanted.
Great looking car and drives well. Incidentally my technician did two or three hill climbs hence some mods for racing have been fitted. The internal luggage box is still available.
