History This Land Rover Series III 109 was originally fitted with a 2. 25-litre Land Rover engine developing just 74 bhp and 190 Nm of torque. Retrofitted with an in-line 6-cylinder engine, it now develops 135 bhp and 265 Nm of torque, radically transforming this once heavy 109 Series into a modern-day SUV. With this pleasing increase in power, we've also fitted a boosted brake to slow down as easily, if not better, than your everyday car. It's a real wolf in sheep's clothing.
