A unique opportunity to access a high-class collector's item! History The Ferrari F355 Berlinetta was produced from May 1994 to 1999. Initially offered only with a 6-speed manual gearbox, it was replaced in 1997 by an optional 6-speed F1 electro-hydraulic manual gearbox (paddles). A total of 11, 273 F355s were produced, including 4, 871 road-going Berlinettas. The F355 is powered by a 3. 5-litre mid-mounted V8 (90° flat crankshaft), developing 380 bhp at 8, 250 rpm and 363 Nm at 6, 000 rpm. The car accelerated from 0 to 100 km/ h in 4. 7 seconds and reached a top speed of 295 km/ h. The F355 Berlinetta offered the highest specific power per litre of any production car up to that time. Ferrari combined it with the six-speed manual gearbox, a delight for lovers of raw driving. The car was equipped with electronically controlled independent front and rear suspension, featuring unequal-length wishbones, coil-sprung shock absorbers and anti-roll bars. The suspension could be switched between Comfort and Sport modes. The F355 Berlinetta was also equipped with power steering. Delivered with its certificate of authenticity and a large file of invoices since its arrival in France, this is a superb example with just 50, 000 km. From a large private collection in Italy that was sold at auction, our owner acquired this F355 in November 2016 at the RM SOTHEBY'S sale. The vehicle is chassis ZFFPA41Bthe details below and is presented at the sale in very nice condition but has not been driven for a long time. The FERRARI has only clocked up 48, 149 km.
