Launched in 1959, the Bentley S2 Continental marked a significant evolution in luxury automobiles, blending Bentley’s renowned performance with a level of craftsmanship and style that remains highly coveted today.
This particular example is presented in Georgian Silver with excellent brightwork and a beautiful patinated red leather interior ensuring its usability as a desirable classic motor car and not just a showpiece.
The S2 Continental delivers remarkable performance through a wonderfully smooth 6. 2 litre V8 engine mated to a sublime 4-speed automatic transmission, power delivery is exceptionally refined.
The current custodian has owned this motor car since 1985 and has furnished us with a well organised file detailing all works carried out during their ownership, many invoices and receipts dating all the way back to 1985.
Initially serviced by the very well regarded Axtell Automobiles of Bramley, then subsequently ourselves for almost 30 years, meaning this is an automobile we know well and vouch for its provenance.
