We are very pleased to offer a gleaming 1989 Austin Mini Thirty. LE. Produced to celebrate 30 years of Mini production and one of a limited run of only 2000 in metallic Cherry red with only with only 260 remaining. They have always been one of the classiest limited editions that were produced and featured twin coach lines with unique 59-89 badging, colour coded wheel arches and mirrors. Minilite alloy wheels, half leather seats, leather steering wheel and red carpets. This example has all of its original features and has a service history folder that points to a cared for life. It is also nice to see that it still has the original Corgi Mini 30 model and Mini 30 souvenir magazine. It has covered 94k in 36 years and feels ready to do it all over again. This is a great opportunity to get into the world of Classic Mini motoring.
On the road this Mini drives well, it has a very responsive engine and being a late eighties model it has servo operated disc brakes. Performance is brisk and it easily keeps up with modern traffic, four new tyres means the legendary handling is on offer. What you will be doing is smiling.
The interior is in very good condition and completely original. It has the 30 badged half leather seats, three clock dash with rev counter. Red leather steering wheel with matching carpets, the original Philips cassette player and the correct shelf mounted speakers. This model also has rear seat belts.
This Mini has a very solid shell with fantastic floors, solid sills and subframes. The paintwork is gleaming with only minor blemishes that do not detract from its very original appearance.
We have fully serviced, checked, driven and tuned this Mini and it has a full MOT so it is ready to be enjoyed.
