This 1959 C1 has been in the UK since 1988. For the past 13 years the car has been owned by an extremely wealthy gentleman who has undertaken the ultimate in open cheque book restorations. The car is 100% stock with the exception of a full house crate 330 horse Vortec SBC. Much thought & planning went in to the spec of this engine and again, there's too much to list here and it would be far much easier on the phone. Needless to say, every single part is brand new, from clutch to carb, just like the car itself - simply stunning!
There are C1's listed in excess of £90, 000 that honestly won't come close to this C1, such is the extent of this restoration, not just what you see, but the underside as well. If I tell you before the seats were fully rebuilt, their basic frames were power coated better than new, that might give you an idea how far this gentleman went!
