The Jaguar XJ-S is considered one of the great Gran Turismo vehicles and has long since earned its place as a classic in automotive history. Produced from September 1975 to April 1996, it succeeded the legendary E-Type and combined luxury and comfort with sporting performance, thanks to Jaguar’s iconic and silky-smooth V12 engine.
From 1988 onwards, the XJ-S was available as a convertible with the V12 powertrain, allowing drivers to enjoy the luxury of this beautiful GT with the roof down.
With 0–100 km/ h acceleration in under 7 seconds, the performance in 1988 was not only impressive for its occupants but competitive with its rivals.
This particular Jaguar XJ-S V12 Cabriolet, finished in Sapphire Blue with a beige interior and blue soft top, was first delivered to its original owner in Lucerne, Switzerland in July 1988. It remained in Switzerland until 2010, when it was imported to Germany by its second owner, who continued to maintain and care for the vehicle.
Since 2015, the car has been in the hands of its current owner, who has entrusted us with regular servicing since 2019. All necessary repairs and maintenance have been carried out without hesitation.
