EB MOTORS is offering for sale a true rarity: a 75 2. 5i V6 Quadrifoglio Verde, as scarce as hens' teeth these days—a car with one previous owner and the second, a devoted Alfista who has loved and used it up to now.
The car has a peculiar history: registered in 1989 when it was already out of production and the 3. 0 America was circulating, Milan-registered (retaining the original plates and documents), invoiced to Fiat Auto SpA and later the personal car of the Prefect of Como of the era, who used it for almost 50, 000 km before stopping it for several years.
Discovered around 2005, it was recovered and purchased by the second owner who has kept, loved and used it to the present day as a true Alfa Romeo should, and in the meantime has overseen its restoration and maintenance, always in optimal condition.
The bodywork, Grigio Verde Met. 772, has over the years been completely refreshed as has the mechanics: the engine (original first equipment) was rebuilt from scratch to around 100, 000 km by a historic Alfa Romeo workshop in Milan and is still in excellent condition today—powerful, truly fast, but above all fun.
It presents in practically perfect condition and ready to drive: alongside the mechanicals the gearbox has been overhauled as well as the clutch replaced; subsequently new adjustable yellow Koni shock absorbers were fitted and the front and rear suspension rebuilt with Powerflex kits—the stainless steel exhaust line was also completely replaced. Battery replaced 07/ 2025 as well as the legally required biennial inspection, valid until 07/ 27.
Original and rare interiors, the same as the 75 Turbo first series and the Evoluzione version, perfectly maintained and restored over the years by an expert upholsterer using only original Alfa Romeo fabric.
A neat feature is the air conditioning, present as proudly stated on the rear identification badge.
As of today it records 130, 000 km: the second owner has done around 80, 000 in 20 years. The car must be seen in person to understand it, its condition and how well it runs and performs mechanically: it is rare to find a 75 so efficiently kept today.
ASI registered; the original steering wheel is available but currently replaced for driving pleasure.
