AC COBRA 427SC, replica of the famous ERA constructor, very faithful to the authentic car built by Carroll Shelby in its proportions and design, the car is equipped with the big block 427 cubic inches, i. e. 7 litres of displacement, and with the 4-speed “Top Loader” gearbox.
The car is fitted with Halibrand wheels with centre-locks and Avon tyres recommended for better handling.
A hood, side screens and a tonneau cover are added to the list of options offered by the manufacturer.
This car benefits from a clean history, the order form and the MCO (manufacturer certificate of origin); a substantial folder of invoices tracing the four owners is present and confirms the low mileage.
The original paintwork is splendid as is the interior; the engine develops 450 hp (verified by dynamometer tests); the power is present, accompanied by the robust 4-speed Top Loader gearbox.
