Triumph started producing motorcycles as early as 1902 and by the outbreak of WW1 were one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in the UK
Using their own engines by 1905 and were known for their reliability, beginning the phrase of 'Trusty Triumph'
Initially based in Birmingham and then moved to Coventry
WW1 provided a sales boost for Triumph with the Home Office ordering 30, 000 machines, mostly Model H
This early example Model H is presented in mostly unrestored and original condition

The petrol tank has been painted and the saddle has been recovered, otherwise the bike appears unrestored
Barn stored for most of its life and re-registered in 1983
Recently purchased by our late vendor who began the process of restoring the bike
Its original leg shields and acetylene lights are included as pictured
Great opportunity to own an early Model H 'Trusty Triumph'
