This Jaguar S-Type is selling as a project vehicle.
It runs, but the clutch is stuck.
We haven't tried to sort the clutch yet, therefore are currently selling it with this issue.
It rolls freely and having had a look around it, seems a solid example.
Its red leather interior is in an original and fairy good condition for the year, however it will definitely require a new carpet for the drivers side rear foot well as this is missing.
The current V5 document is present and registered as historic, therefore benefits from tax and MOT exemption.
There's only 2 registered owners in its current V5.
The last owner has been registered since 2021 and the previous registered has definitely owned since pre 1971- over 50 years!
There's a couple of old MOT certificates within the paperwork, one dated 1988 and the other 1993.
There's old invoices, one dating back to 1970 and then a fair few recent invoices.
It is clear to see that the vehicle has recently had quite a bit of money spent on it, including 4 x new tyres and a full stainless steel exhaust system.
It has Power assisted steering and overdrive.
