Description
I suggest this is about as good as it gets at this price point, a genuine little gem that looks superb and drives every bit as well as it looks.
Really great driver, no unwanted noises, smooth through the gears, looks amazing, great oil pressure, hood is excellent.
Rather than over describing every detail, this is simply one of those honest, well sorted classics that looks and feels right all round. The condition, the way it drives, and the overall presentation all speak for themselves.
From what I can see and from the way the car drives, I genuinely cannot see anything that requires immediate attention beyond routine servicing and general ongoing maintenance.
It is ready to be enjoyed, as is, whether you're heading off for a fun weekend away or making your way to a local show.
The MGB remains one of the easiest and most enjoyable classic sports cars to own. Come and see it, I think you will struggle not to like it!
The car is in Northern Ireland and has a standard UK V5 registration; it’s usable anywhere in the UK without re-registration or import duties.
Please note she is fast approaching her 50th birthday and should not be compared to your modern 2, 3 or even 10 year old daily driver. That said, she is in remarkably good condition and really does drive very well.
The MG MGB was launched by MG in 1962 and quickly became one of Britain’s most successful and recognisable sports cars. Replacing the MGA, the MGB introduced a more modern monocoque construction, offering improved comfort, handling and practicality while still retaining the classic open top British sports car feel that made MG so popular around the world.
Produced until 1980, the MGB was available in Roadster and GT form and became a huge export success, particularly in the United States. Simple mechanicals, attractive styling and excellent parts availability have helped keep the MGB hugely popular with classic car enthusiasts today.
HPI CHECKED - The car has been checked and there is no known outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies, or insurance records of damage or theft.
