Description
Here is my Alfa 75 2. 0 Twin Spark which I unfortunately have to sell due to lack of funds. I drove her every day about 3 years, through work (where I could afford to maintain and "rolling restore" her) right up until I was approximately half way through university (when all of the money ran out). So now I have decided to bite the bullet and pass her on to a new owner.
She is currently a non runner, I last started her and drove round the block 2 years ago after I fitted a new (second hand but perfect - i. e. no rusty holes) petrol tank. So she can definitely drive again after a bit of re commissioning.
Here are some good points:
- A fully intact petrol tank ( a bg deal for a 75)
- A stainless steel exhaust and what I was informed was one of the last 2 racing manifolds left in Italy
- An engine chip by Alfatune, which really makes a big difference. She plus well through the gears and you can bomb along nicely.
- Adjustable koni dampers and stiffer springs (she rides firm and very sure footed)
- A K&N panel filter.
- Gear box rebuilt and synchs replaced about 6-7 years ago
- Cross drilled disks
- An LE recaro interior (worn on the drivers seat but otherwise in excellent condition)
- Four brand new Team Dynamics wheels (the lightest I could get) fitted with brand new, never driven on yet, Yokohamma Preada Sports (which I was told were the stickiest road tyres that I could get)
- Orange clocks!
- A nice loud stereo with amplified JBL 2- and 3-ways
Now here are the bad points:
-Hasn't ran for about 2 years
-Rust. On the wheel arches, where the arch meets the sill, a little dot by the rear lights, and the jacking point has pushed through the floor.
- A small dent in the roof about the size of a 2p whee some little angel dropped a brick off a bridge onto it.
- Dented A-pillar covering, which I think is maybe just a cover panel.
- Passenger side window doesn't work.
I genuinely loved this car and if I had the money to do her up then you wouldn't see me for dust, however I don't so here she is.
