I purchased a 2012 E220 from Mercland and couldn't be happy with their service. I dealt with Jamie who is one of the companies newer members and his knowledge on the car I was looking at was very good and he conducted himself in a very professional manner at all times. This professional manner continued with Jay and Janki who were the two I have dealt with during the sale.
All points with the vehicle I highlighted during negotiations were dealt with prior to collection and I even had the use of their courtesy car while work was being carried out and now the car is spot on and really happy.
Janki helped me when I collected the car to show me how the SatNav worked and also helped me to connect my iPhone via the Bluetooth; most helpful and nothing was too much effort.
Mercland provided me with a FREE Warranty and even chucked in FREE Roadside Assistance, and the car came with 12 months MOT and had just been serviced.
I would recommend Mercland to others as my experience has been far better than other garages who come across as only being interested in the sale and not after sales or customer service.

A leap of faith to go by train to the Midlands from the South Coast to view one of Mercland’s cars - what a good decision.
