Here for sale, we have a very nice, early Land Rover® Series 3 in traditional colour Deep Bronze Green. On the outside, the vehicle has many nice period features, such as front and rear lamp-guards, period round mirrors, bonnet mounted matching spare, correct vintage numberplates and rear grab handles. In addition to the period features there is a recent canvas, which sets off the look appropriately and increases appeal. The bodywork is very straight for a vehicle of this age, and is far superior to the brush finish found on most vehicles. 750 tyres help to extend the gearing of the engine, allowing for higher speed cruising. These are the correct military tyre, and are self cleaning!
On the inside, the vehicle boasts a recent set of Deluxe Interior Seats, along with middle cubby-box. Static 3 point seat belts are also fitted, and deluxe matting is fitted throughout. The rear, although unfitted, could easily house bench seats to make this a six seater vehicle. A smaller steering wheel is fitted to allow elbow room, and to allow more space for the driver to sit.
Out on the road, the vehicle benefits from having both Range Rover Differentials and 750s, giving period feel with the ability to keep better with the modern flow of traffic. The petrol engine pulls well, and it stops as it should.
