The early Wolseley Hornet Specials are known to have competed at the famous Brooklands Race Track.
One of the events it took part in was the well know Double Twelve relay race where it reached speeds in excess of 80MPH.
The 1933 Wolseley Hornet special for sale here, has a more "Robust" version of the earlier 1932 car.
This car has a racing style Body built by ourselves at Brooklands Bodycraft and has it's wheels and bodywork in British Racing Green.
The previous owner (WHSC Member) is responsible for much of the mechanical work, with the remainder organised by us.
The car now benefits from being rewired, new 6 into 1 Exhaust system, New Tyres, new valves and valve guides, gaskets, new battery, brake linings, headlights, rear lights and indicators, including Hazard warning lights, new distributor cap, leads, caps, Coil, points and Plugs etc etc.
