Hi heres the add for my fathers renault 5 cleveland convertible, the car has been in our possesion since the early 00s and has always been dry stored but has never seen the road in this time. Its a nice example in my opinion which would require minimal work for a MOT, it requires a few patches of welding the the floors but nothing major.
The car was converted into a convertible by a company called Cleveland from new after it left the factory and i have never seen another one only a few old pictures!
I have fitted new tyres to the car and a new radiator, thermostat, fan switch and a good 2nd hand heater matrix . The car runs and drives nicely and all the brakes work as they should. I pre motd the car last year but never got around to moting it.. mechanically it would pass a mot after the welding had been sorted
The car comes with a new vinyl hood that has yet to be fitted with clips etc to attach to the body but is still as new and not shrunk etc.
Paintwork is far from perfect as you can see in pictures
