Mot til 30th March 2019 after which she will no longer be legally required to carry one, road tax exempt too (old mots present dating right back to 1981)
Previous owner for over 10 years bought the car all those years back for £6500!
She’s is finished in shiny tartan red paintwork and the interior is in very good condition with original black leather seats piped in red with black carpets
A few age related blemishes as to be expected on a 53 year old British classic
She is very solid underneath and is in fine fettle all round
She has the 3 bearing engine with a professionally rebuilt Oselli unleaded head

Reground crankshaft
New small end and big end bearings
New pistons and con rods
New valves and valve springs
New cylinder head gasket
New oil pump
New electrics including points plugs distributor cap etc
Reconditioned gearbox
New stainless steel exhaust
Original steel wheels with chrome hub caps
Original banjo string steering wheel
New radiator and pipe work
Last week I drove her round the M25 for nearly 100 miles and she didn’t miss a beat, easy 65mph cruising speed keeping up with modern traffic
My car is one of the sought after narrow tunnel models with synchromesh on 2nd to top gears
The black hood is in very good condition as is the dash and door cards
She drives very well, accelerating through the gears cleanly and stopping well and square
Lots of invoices in folder together with photographic restoration and rebuild
Including a full repaint with 5 undercoat and primer and 5 top coats in 1990 together with new wings and door skins
New carpets were also fitted
New floor pans and inner wings treated
