TR6 restored from the body with a rebuilt engine in perfect condition. Restored in the Netherlands, it was owned by a single owner for over 34 years. Professionally painted in the original 'Damson Red' colour and the quality is of the highest standard. The paintwork is magnificent and that's a great compliment, after all, this is an old restoration. For sale on consignment and at very competitive prices! The colour is very cool on this car, it really is a 70s classic. The underside of the car is just as beautiful. The chassis has been fully restored from the ground up, powder coated and correctly painted black. The black bonnet has also been refurbished and the windows are clear. The wide steel wheels have been repainted and fitted with wide tyres. Thanks to the twin stainless steel exhausts, this TR6 has a very pleasant sound and together with the wide rims, this gives the car a cool look. The interior has also been looked after, the dashboard has been refurbished and the counters and gauges have been partially overhauled. The original seats have been reupholstered and the carpet and trim panels have been renewed. A new ignition lock has recently been fitted and wiring has been renewed where necessary. RDW inspection October 2023, so technically up to date. The in-line 6 engine has just been overhauled and finished. The engine starts very well hot and cold and has two revised carburettors. The car was recently inspected by RDW, so everything works as it should. There are a few invoices and photos of the restoration and overhaul, but a lot was done in-house. Anyway, the result is good and well, but the enthusiast can still add a few finishing touches. This is a good, honest restoration and for this amount of money you can't restore a classic car.
