Introduced in 1962, the MG B was restyled throughout its career. Our example dates from early 1981, at the very end of production. Originally from England, it is driven on the right-hand side of the road, in keeping with its origins. The odometer shows 31, 290 miles, or just over 50, 000 km, a particularly low mileage. Its owner, who acquired it in 2013, has taken great care of it, driving it from time to time to keep this beautiful machine in shape. Let's talk about the mechanics. Under the bonnet is a 1, 800 cm³ engine developing 95 horsepower, all of which is present and working like a charm. The original Austin in-line 4-cylinder is fed by two SU carburettors. For worry-free cruising, the clutch has just been changed, as have the transmitter and receiver. This model is also equipped with overdrive. Bodywork. The superb yellow hue of this MG is in good condition, although the most meticulous may spot a few small flaws. Its elegant silhouette perfectly embodies the spirit of the British cabriolet.
