The car we are offering for sale fully embodies this tradition. It is a TR4 FIA prepared for racing and supported by the best French specialist workshops. After a racing history in historic events, it arrived in the hands of Eleven Cars, who will run our TR4 in the prestigious Peter Auto historic events. After several seasons in Sixties Endurance, at the Tour Auto and at Le Mans Classic, it will join the stable of its current owner. It will then be entered four times at the Tour Auto (2019, 2020, 2021, 2023) in the VHC GTS11 (pre-66) category. It will entrust maintenance to Garage de la Choletterie, which rebuilt the engine in 2022: Arrow crankshaft, forged connecting rods, competition pistons, displaying a measured power of 184. 4 bhp at 6, 165 rpm on a test bench. The car will thereafter be overseen by WG Racing in Toulouse, where the gearbox will be reconditioned in 2025. There are also notes of other work on the shock absorbers or the braking system. The electrical system has been entirely redesigned, and every intervention is documented in a detailed invoice file of more than 30 pages. Thanks to this rigorous monitoring, this TR4 FIA is today presented in impeccable mechanical condition, ready to resume the path to the great European historic events.
