Porsche 356 C, factory built in October 1963 with a Porsche authenticity certificate, the car was delivered in Europe. provenance US where it spent a large part of its life. Before returning to France in 2017 the engine was completely dismantled and rebuilt in very good condition by a professional. The battery is a 6-volt Optima 1000Ah, equipped with electronic ignition; the engine delivers all its power. The authenticity certificate notes the original colour Irish Green; the paint was renewed after a complete disassembly, the wheels are chromed. From the C model equipped with four disc brakes the brake calipers and pads have been replaced. The interior has been completely reupholstered in green Nappa leather with headrests, the carpet is new grey-green, the headlining has been replaced, the window seals have been replaced with new original Porsche seals, the door seals, door window seals, quarter light seals, and the front and rear bonnet seals. The Blaupunkt period Frankfurt radio is in working order. The engine was removed for inspection with replacement of the two carburettors, new spark plugs, engine and gearbox oil change, then the clutch was renewed, the stainless exhaust was replaced, the heating pipes were replaced with stainless steel parts (durable over time). The restoration was carried out by professionals who dedicated several years to it. The value of this car by experts and professionals was assessed between €120, 000 and €128, 000.
