4x4 Range Rover Ambulance started at the Royal aircraft establishment at Farnborough, then Airwork at Bournemouth (Hurn) airport for 9 years, then the Royal Aerospace establishment at Farnborough, then the MOD test and evaluation division at Cardigan.
In 2005 it entered private ownership with Thames Valley ambulance service for 11 years. I have MOT certificates. No service record from its days with the MOD but like all crown vehicles it would have been subject to regular maintenance. Previous owner took it through the MOT in September 2017 fixing welding and having it converted to an Edel performance carb and manifold as the existing Stromberg carbs were beyond repair. The vehicle has two stretchers and working blue light and two tones.
