Hi , what we have for sale is something a bit rare its a sierra sapphire 2000e , the colour is tasman blue over moonstone silver the paint is in excellent condition , its moted untill april 2019 , tthe mileage on the current mot is 129837 miles but dont let that put you off read the rest of my advert and you will see why i say its a bit rare it is anon cat, a non abs , 5 speed manual gearbox, ive have just had to replace the rear drum shoes , both wheel cylinders, and both brake pipes because the wheel cylinder burst its seals and leaked brake fluid all over the shoes ect, also my hard stand where i parked it , this car also has a new exhaust from the manifold back. the five original alloy sare in excellent condition as are the tyres , the only rust spots i can see are on the usual sierra rear wheel arch , a very small bit of surface rust, the other is the bottom of the drivers door but could be easy repaired or replace it thats the new owners choice. the interior is grey leather as it should be it is cracked on the two front seats but not holed also this car has never been used by a smoker no cigarette burns any where the back seat is like new, the onboard computer works as does the original radio cassette and power amplifier . the air conditioning was removed by the last owner but can be reinstated as i have all the original bits, now for the important bit it has had a replacement twin cam engine with lower miles of a newer model , as the first one was destroyed when the chain snapped and caused catastrophic damage this was in 2004 , dvla were notified and v5 changed . the sun roof is a manual one but does work albeit a little stiff . i also have all the old mots along with a big pile of service history , also the last keeper kept exstensive records of work he had done. the only reason i am putting this up for sale is my disabled partner finds it to painfull due to her disability . this car has never been driven in the wet and was always garageduntil i purchased it . the car only coverd 7000 miles inthe last 8 years by the last ownwe, i have not coverd many miles since i bought it maybe a few hundred but probably lessthis car is disabled on the v5 but easily changed back to private when you tax it.. so realistically i think its time to pass her on to another enthusiastic owner , if your looking for a usable classsic ford this one is for yoy as it can easily cope with modern day traffic . sensible and genuine offers only thanks for reading my advert.
