Here we have for sale an early, but rebuilt Land Rover ® 90 on a Galvanised Chassis and 200TDI - thus avoiding the associated corrosion and complex mechanical issues with later engines.
On the outside the bodywork survives in relatively straight order, and boasts many additional features including snorkel, chequerplate wing tops for added strength, bulbar, rocksliders, roof rack and Dixon Bate height adjustable towbar with electrics. There is an additional front lighting bar with four working additional spots - well worth having for cold dark nights, fog and snowy days. The overall external appearance is that of a utilitarian, working off-road capable vehicle.
The interior is a surprisingly smart place to be. The rear is fully lined giving a more luxurious feel whilst improving sound deadening and insulation. Rear bench seats can be added if necessary, and also side windows can be cut if so required. The front cabin area houses two smart highback techno seats with headrests. There is a centre cubby box and other than this the dash is reasonably standard.
Out on the road, this 200TDI rebuilt truck performs well and drives as one might expect - it has a good road presence and commands attention wherever it goes.
