MG Car Company was known for almost 30 years for their conservative and robust Roadster. The MGA was intended to be a new beginning, at the top of the alphabet but also from a model perspective. The conservative fan community was irritated at first but soon realized the advantages of the "newbie", for instance a powerful twin cam engine in its top model, the MGA Twin Cam. Only 1, 788 copies or that roadster were built. Its reputation to have a sensitive engine was widespread among technical amateurs but with the right handling this race car aggregate is a dream!
Our MG MGA Twin Cam Roadster was restored between 2006 and 2009. Initially delivered in California, the classic made its way to a German collector via New Zealand. The car comes with a certificate from the British Motor Heritage Trust.
