Here for sale is a 1948 Bristol 400 presented in striking Yellow coachwork. Being a Bristol 400 from 1948, the spare wheel is located in the boot as opposed to later years of the model which had the wheel fitted to the boot lid.
In 2010 - 2012, this Bristol underwent a comprehensive restoration that was detailed in the BOC Bulletin in 2013. Some key components of the restoration include; rear axle overhaul, gearbox rebuild, bare metal re-spray, complete re-trim and more besides. This Bristol 400 was restored to such a degree that it won the Class 1 Gandalf Trophy at the Bristol Owner's Club Concours in 2012 and four years later in 2016. The vehicle comes accompanied with painstakingly thorough documentation detailing the history of the vehicle.
This Bristol 400 has been owned by the same family for some over a decade and has seen much love and attention through those years to turn it into the example it is today.
