A highly original Rover P6 SC in classic Mexico Brown with Biscuit Cream leather upholstery, a real stylish 1970s colour co-ordination. The car, astonishingly, is accompanied by a Full Service History encompassing £12000-worth of maintenance and repair. Cherished and cosseted all its life, the car looks wonderful and drives faultlessly, with all instruments and lights etc working as they should, delivering a genuine real quality feel that the later Rovers lost somewhere along the way.
The refined ergonomic switches and stalk controls, turn knobs for the front quarter lights, and fantastically complicated controls for the rear quarter lights are just some of the minor details that are a constant source of delight when enjoying the car.
On the road the smooth ride and excellent roadholding is a revelation and progress is remarkably sprightly, helped by the extra control assoicated with the manual 4-speed with a very smooth gear change and long legged gear ratios and that capable 4-cylinder 2-litre OHC engine.
