… before selling it, after fifteen years in his care, to its’ current owner in February 2015. It was immediately sent to Lotus specialist, Morland Jones, for a new cambelt and water pump before being placed in to a collection alongside other Lotus examples, only emerging for an annual MOT test. Current recorded mileage is just 61300.
I drove the vehicle 300 miles to bring it home and there are no major concerns to report. The paintwork has recently been refreshed to eradicate stone chips and the leather seats have reacted well to a good feed. It has just been fully serviced and the cambelt has been replaced again. A couple of points raised on the latest MOT have also been addressed and I will ensure that the vehicle is submitted for a new MOT prior to the new owner taking delivery.
Accompanying the vehicle is the original owners’ pack with all service stamps and two keys. There is a significant portfolio of paperwork relating to the servicing plus most MOT certificates and there is evidence of a Tracker system being fitted. I have undertaken an HPI check, showing no adverse information and a copy is on file for the benefit of the next owner.
