Description
For Sale my Austin Ten Cambridge in smart and rare Oxford Blue. An ‘on the button’ start, great runner, kept in good running order. 1 litre engine. Recent works include new points, contacts and condenser, brand new battery, new tyres, re tensioned back springs, new gasket and head skim. The original owner had the car from 1937, then it passed to a garage that rebuilt the body, engine, chassis, rewired and converted to 12 volt. runs on unleaded. Sunroof works, great oil pressure, and engine compression, engine ticks along beautifully and good braking / brakes. Keeps up well in modern traffic. The body work is in good condition. The paintwork has the odd chip, crack and dint but truly nothing that distracts from the car. Indicator lights added for safety and trafficators work but are currently disconnected. Chrome work in fair condition but again does not distract from the overall look of the car. Interior too is in a good fair and clean condition with a clean and undamaged head lining. The perfect car to start vintage motoring with a trouble free car that makes everyone smile.
