For a very reluctant sale is our much loved 59 plate Jaguar XKR 5. 0 Supercharged. I am a petrolhead and member of the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club and also the XK Enthusiasts Club. A very rare opportunity to buy a great example of the XKR coming in the much sought-after combination of Vapour Grey exterior with Ivory and Warm Charcoal interior and the 20" Kalimnos wheels. The car was purchased in May 2020 and was used mostly for trips across the UK and Jaguar Club Events. During our ownership it received the best treatment possible with no expenses spared and it always ran on Shell V-Power. The car had the mid-section of the exhaust replaced with a genuine Adamesh X-pipe aligning the exhaust note closer to the XKR-S. The original mid-section is included in price.
The car has been meticulously looked after by a notorious Jaguar Independent Service in North London and all parts were sourced from the dealership. On top of the 11 stamps in the service book, I have done the following:
94K - brake disks and pads,
96K - supercharger nose cone, spark plugs, various gaskets and seals,
97K - wipers, tyres, wheel alignment,
101K - banana arms, supercharger belt, accessories belt,
109K - Expansion tank,
111K - Brake pads, door latch.
The total work carried out over the last 2 years exceeds £6, 000 and is testament to the exceptional condition the car is in today. The last service was done in March 2022. The car comes from stock with the sport version of the bonnet vents, metal pedals and a metal loading pad in the boot. It has a full-service history from Jaguar Main Dealer and Jaguar Independent with invoices, passed the MOT with no advisories and comes with 2 keys.
The car received a 4-stage exterior detailing with top of the range Meguiar's products. The bodywork is in an amazing condition for the car's age with minimal imperfections. The wheels have age related marks and paint corrosion but are not bent or cracked. The 5. 0 engine runs smoothly, the gearbox is solid and the AC is ice cold. HPI report clear and available.
The price is a firm 17, 499 with minimal movement reflecting the originality of the vehicle and the care it received over the years futureproofing it for the next owner. Plate included in price.
