Build on a very good and rust free 1965 MK1 car.
The car is build for road and track use as a optimized Cortina.
1600cc Ford Zetec Twin Cam engine that originally was build for a Clubman Mallock but never used.
All balanced and blueprinted with fast road cams etc.
Engine producing approx 150 bhp with twin 45mm webers.
Ford T9 5 speed close ratio gearbox and rebuild differential with Quaife LSD.
Uprated halfshaft and suspension all over for better handling.
Front disc brakes with Willwood alloy calipers.
Lotus wide steel wheels, Alloy Radiator, front anti roll bar , race fuel tank and many other goodies.
The body is all steel, very solid and clean and could be a good starting point for a App. K car or used as it is.
The car is very well driven and is a very good car for the road and even good for longer trips but also quick and ideal for trackdays etc.
