The time has come to move on this Discovery 2 to you. It has been in my possession since October last year and it has been a lot of fun.
Throughout my ownership, it has had a lot of money spent on it to get it to a better standard. These jobs include; a service at 166, 000 miles, a gearbox service a couple of months ago, and a new XYZ sensor fitted in November. It has also had two new rear Monroe shocks, a new alternator, a centre delete side exit exhaust, a new alternator, new fuel pump, new LOF front discs and pads, LOF rear pads, X2 Avon AX7 front tyres, an inline water temp gauge, some auxiliary lights, and a winch bumper from Dixon Fabrication. The boot section has had the rear seats removed, but they will come with the sale. The original front bumper has been kept but there is a crack to the plastic. If you want the original rear door card can also come with the truck.
It is not Concours condition so although the paint itself is in nice condition there are a few blemishes and marks from previous owners. It has also got some corrosion underneath but nothing to worry about imminently, it passed the MOT without an issue.
I have spent so much on it as I was looking to keep it for a while, but with work being busy at the moment I haven't had the time to enjoy it.
