Description
Jaguar XK120 3. 4 litre engine No. W3728 and gearbox with all ancillaries
An original Jaguar XK120 engine and gearbox that I removed from my 1951 Jaguar XK120 over 25 years ago when it was running. It is the early STUDLESS HEAD. It all rotates freely with the gearbox and maintains good compression on all cylinders and excellent oil pressure. It comes complete with its original XK120 ancillaries:
The original and correct 120 Carburettor, the original and correct distributor, the original and correct dynamo marked 'special equipment', the original and correct starter motor, the original and correct water pump and alloy fan, the original and correct oil filter, the original and correct inlet and outlet manifold,, all marked with the correct Jaguar C numbers. It retains good oil pressure when turned over on the starter
It is complete with clutch and correct gearbox number JH7760 that rotates nice and freely with no play together with the correct short XK120 gear lever mechanism.
