Jaguar Cars manufacturered 72, 000 E Type Jaguars between 1961 and 1974 and a original matching numbers RHD S3 V12 E Type Roadster is a rare example of the last of Jaguar Cars E Type’s manufactured at Browns Lane Coventry, as only 1, 892 were ever made.
This particular E Type was the 508th manufactured is finished in it’s original colour combination of Signal Red with a Black Interior and Black Mohair Hood.
It’s third owner purchased this manual E Type in 1983 and over the next 40 years of his ownership has spent many thousand of pounds on his Jaguar, including a full rebuild and mechanical work which is all shown in this vehicles large accompanying history file.
Within the history file there are invoices for car storage for over £20, 000 as he work and travelled extensively in the last 40 years, hence this E Type hans’t covered less than 50, 000 miles from when it was first registered in 1972.
