Ford Capri 3. 0 X Pack. 1977 Model with 4 Previous owners showing 77000 Miles. Car started life as a 3. 0 Ghia and was modified around 10 years ago. Its a very good looking car which runs and drives very well. Its not concourse but also not a concourse price. Good tidy useable example. We have the V% some old MOTs and receipts and 2 sets of keys.
Body - Genuine 3. 0 Capri shell. Very good underneath. Had a couple of very minor repairs in the past by the look of it but generally very good. Chassis number still clearly visible on the inner wings. With it being an X pack kit the front wings are fibreglass and are bolted on. The kit looks to have been well fitted as under the rear arches is tidy and no signs of any cracking despite it being done around 10 years ago. The paintwork is very tidy. There are a few minor marks as you would expect. Its a good looking car which will get a lot of attention. Bonnet sits a little bit forward of the wing on driver side. Given that the wings are bolted on this would be a fairly easy adjustment.
Mechanics - Good 3. 0 engine which starts no problem from cold. Sounds quiet. 4 speed manual box fitted. Car was originally an Auto from new. The car runs and drives very well and has been used a bit over the last few years. Brakes and clutch are good. Sunroof works both ways. Heater works on both speeds. Power steering fitted.
Interior - Seats are very good and clean. One small bit of stitching starting to come away on drivers seat but very minor. Good dashtop. Hasnt been cut round the radio. Good door cards, headling and carpet. Very tidy car inside. Rear heated window doesnt seem to work.
Wheels - Proper 15" split rims with Rs centre caps. Good 225/ 50/ 15 tyres
